Devine Commercial - from strength to strength
Location, sustainability and amenity are all key facets in the
realisation of Devine's vision to become Brisbane's premier
commercial developer.
Devine's $120 million 333 Ann St A-Grade office building was
completed in June 2008. The building was 100% pre-committed,
secured a 4 Star Green Star Rating and won a Queensland Heritage
award.
ICB Central, a 4-level $75 million commercial building, located
2km from the Brisbane CBD was completed in August 2008. The
building was fully committed, built and sold within 14 months of
site acquisition. The Queensland Government committed to the
entire 11,260m2 of A-Grade space.
Devine's $420 million Victoria Point development in Melbourne's
Docklands, also included a 9 storey commercial building, now home
to the Bendigo Bank national head office.
