Construction

Devine established Devine Constructions in an effort to enhance the cost effectiveness of Devine Limited - to get the right build cost and ensure future projects are priced against competitive market rates.  Helping maximise efficiencies, the division builds company high-rise apartment towers and commercial projects.

Following the conception of this new division, Devine sought to employ experts in the construction field, thereby building on solid industry experience and knowledge to achieve fast integration within the construction industry and access to the required resources affecting immediate project commencement.

Devine Constructions remains a strong and competitive company within the Queensland Construction Industry and maintains a consistently high-level of experienced employees dedicated to working within the Devine team, driving towards expanding the company's portfolio.

Attaining a Level 4 Rating within the Government's Prequalification (PQC) System provides Devine Constructions with the necessary means and incentive to undertake Government Capital Expenditure Programs, working towards the shared goal of supporting economic growth within Devine's home state of Queensland.

Devine Constructions debuted in early 2004 on the $169 million Charlotte Towers project of 44 levels and 416 apartments in the Brisbane CBD.  The project was delivered under budget and ahead of schedule.

Devine Constructions has since completed other major developments including the $120 million 333 Ann St which won a Queensland Heritage Award, 2009 Queensland Professional Excellence in Building Award (Commercial Construction) and the 2009 National Professional Excellence in Building Award.  The $75 million ICB Central.  was completed and sold within 14 months of site acquisition.
