NEW PARKLAND RESERVE ANNOUNCED FOR ORLEANA WATERS

Leading developer Devine has announced it will deliver a central reserve with 4,000sqm of green open space in a move that will boost the level of amenity at its popular Orleana Waters community at Evanston Gardens.

Devine has announced that construction will start later this year on the Orleana Waters Central Reserve which will feature kick-around lawn space, a native garden, playground, barbecue and shelter and play boulders.

Devine South Australia Communities Manager Troy Jamieson said the central reserve would become the heart of Orleana Waters.

The reserve will be located via the main thoroughfare of the community, Orleana Boulevard that leads towards the town centre.

Mr Jamieson said the Orleana Central Reserve would boost interest in the community and advised buyers to quickly secure their dream homesites.
