Orleana Waters Breaks Ground on First Wesley Homes

CONSTRUCTION on Orleana Waters at Evanston Gardens is rolling ahead, with all allotments in the exclusive Wesley Release now titled and work commencing on the first new homes.

Homesites in the 38-lot Wesley Release have been extremely popular with only six allotments remaining for sale.

Land is selling from $137,500, with the sizes of available lots from 300-520sqm.

Devine South Australia Communities Manager Troy Jamieson said there was only a limited opportunity to snap up the remaining lots in the Wesley Release.
