Building professional's disbelief turns to admiration for
Devine

Surveyor Tim Collins is the first to admit he made a
mistake in doubting Devine's promise to have his new home completed
in 12 weeks.
"Being in the building industry myself, I'd heard all those
sorts of promises before, and frankly I'd also heard a hundred
horror stories about builders," he said.
"So you can image how obviously delighted I am to have used
Devine. They actually lived up to their promises!"
"It really did only take 12 weeks from the time the slab went
down to complete our new home."
"I was rapt! Rapt! Rapt."
"Now living happily in their new Devine three bedroom home at
Point Cook. Tim and partner Mary Jane Lynch, say it's 'a wonderful
feeling."
"We're no long paying off somebody else's house like we did when
we rented for years,'"said Tim.
"We just know this house of ours is going to bring us great
memories down the track."
To the couple's surprise, the Devine professionalism didn't stop
with its construction time.
"We thought we would be looking about at suitable blocks for
ages, but we found our allotment - perfect for us and close to
family - on the first day of contacting Devine."
"Then during construction, when I did my own building
inspections, I was very happy to find Devine had braced walls they
didn't have to. That gave me added assurance they were actually
pretty good builders."
"The number of inclusions was also excellent. I'm very impressed
with the oven and the stove and range hood and all that stuff. The
whole thing maximises the space we have and I reckon it's pretty
funky, actually."
Devine also completed gardens and landscaping at the couple's
new home soon after they moved in.
Tim, 27, and Mary Jane, 26, are now planning projects for the
rear yard - and juggling arrangements for their marriage towards
the end of the year.
