STONEHILL’S NEW STOCK ATTRACTS INVESTORS AND FAMILIES
DEVINE’S Stonehill community at Bacchus Marsh has released a diverse range of stock to market from its land portfolio in Melbourne’s western corridor.
Stonehill’s new Stage 7a release will feature 16 homesites ranging in size from 448sqm to 940sqm and ranging in price from $149,000 to $221,000.
Devine Victoria Communities Manager Nathan Jenkinson said buyers were looking for land developments that offered more choice.
“Buyers don’t want to be limited and Stage 7a offers a choice of homesites suited investors and downsizers and growing families,” he said.
“We have larger blocks up to 940sqm that are perfect for families who want space to kick a football around or build a shed, and low maintenance blocks for buyers who want to focus more on lifestyle and less on gardening.”
Mr Jenkinson said Bacchus Marsh was a vibrant suburb boasting great shopping, restaurants, transport, schools and a range of recreational facilities.
“Stonehill is a great place to invest in – whether you are a first home buyer looking to settle down with your family or an experienced investor.”
Developed by Devine and The Gull Group, Stonehill is a 145-hectare, 1,500 lot, master-planned community that will be home to 4,200 residents upon completion.
Residents will have everything they need on their doorstep.
Plans are underway for a $20 million neighbourhood shopping centre to be built in McCormacks Road with space for a major supermarket and specialty shops.
Catholic Education Melbourne has also confirmed that it will build a primary school in McCormacks Road and open it within the next five to six years. At full capacity, the school will cater for approximately 400 students from Prep to Grade 6.
The Stonehill sales office is located at 12 Cassinia Boulevard Maddingley at Bacchus Marsh and open Saturday to Wednesday 12pm - 5pm.
